I was having a bit of a problem getting Pandora to run on my work laptop lately. The symptom was simple: Pandora would just sit.......and sit....
...and sit....
...before finally timing out and saying it can't load.
The problem was Flashblock, an extension I have installed to prevent Flash content from automatically loading on pages and killing performance on my laptop. I didn't even think about how Pandora's interface was a Flash app.
So adding pandora.com to the whitelist for Flashblock re-enabled the site for me.
